COMPANY BACKGROUND / HISTORY:

Ausrise Facades is a Sydney-based construction operating throughout Australia, specialising in the design, supply and installation of architectural aluminium and glass façades systems.

Ausrise was established in 2002 by Kevin Hartin and Paul White as a façade installation company. Since inception, we have completed more than 100 projects nationwide. Our strong portfolio of repeat clients and consistent project delivery is a testament to our quality, integrity and commitment to excellence.

In 2011, Ausrise expanded into full design-and-construct façade packages, incorporating complete façade design, supply and installation services. This continues to be the primary focus of our business moving forward.

PROJECT DELIVERY MODEL:

All façade design and drafting is undertaken locally by Ausrise designers and draftspersons, supplemented by specialist contract drafting resources when required. Façade engineering is completed by experienced Australian façade engineers.

Material supply and manufacturing, including aluminium and glass systems, is primarily sourced offshore through trusted suppliers with extensive experience servicing the Australian construction market. We maintain strong long-term relationships with key international suppliers who provide reliable technical and local support. Where required, Ausrise also sources materials locally and undertakes fabrication within Australia through an established network of trusted local suppliers and fabricators.

Ausrise project managers oversee all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion. Installation works are generally undertaken by our own in-house installation teams, which is relatively unique within the Australian façade industry. This approach provides Ausrise with greater control over site labour, quality, safety and programme delivery, rather than relying heavily on subcontract installation networks.
