Project Description:
309-321 Kent Street Project was a facelift to the current building which also included extending the current building to increase floor space.
Ausrise Facades supplied and installed the following:
- Structural steel and in-situ glazing to the ground floor shopfronts along with heavy duty pivot doors and multiple auto-operating doors
- Unitised curtain wall was used on Level 1 and Level 2 which was designed to incorporate structural support within the panel so that it was able to have the stone features fixed directly to the panels.
- Level 3 was channel glazed façade with vertical support fins
