Project Description:
The 1CC building is host to a graduation hall, teaching spaces, U-bar, food outlets and a social hub.
The following was supplied and installed by Ausrise Facades:
- Curtain wall on Levels 1-2 which included a variety of vertical sunshades, and roof capping’s
- Pop-out façade on Levels 1-2
- Bi-fold doors to the food outlets on ground floor
- Operable horizontal Renlita windows to the U-bar
- 3 Glass skylights on the roof level
- 2 awnings to the North and South Terraces
- 3000mm high doors to ground floor and lower ground
